About Us

Kniffing's Discount Nurseries is a family-owned and operated nursery located on 12 sprawling acres in El Cajon, California. We are approximately 23 miles east of downtown San Diego. Our nursery has been in business since 1927 and us well respected throughout the nursery industry as well as our own local community of gardeners, hobbyists, and landscapers.

Kniffing's specializes in providing healthy, exotic roses at reasonable prices, as well as carrying a large selection of trees, shrubs, palms, and garden accessories.

Business hours for Kniffing's Nursery:

Monday - Saturday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Sunday: Starting June 18, 2017 we will be closed on Sundays, Kniffing's thanks you for your continued support and will be available Monday-Saturday from 7:00am to 5:00pm to all your landscaping needs.
